Hudson Village Theatre is a distinct and original voice that enhances and enriches the lives of every one it touches.
Mission
Hudson Village Theatre is a professional English language performing arts venue and theatre company offering a diverse selection of year round programs that, through excellence, aim to inspire, enlighten and entertain.
Values
1) Excellence: We are constantly striving for ways to improve the quality of scripts we produce, actors and directors we hire, and what technical support we can give the creative team in terms of sets, props, costumes and lights to better enable the production to live up to its full potential.
2) Inclusive: We embrace different ideas, different entertainments, different audiences and different experiences. We encourage the community to have a sense of ownership of the theatre.
3) Passionate: We have a passion for the arts; we understand the value and importance of the arts in our community, and in society as a whole. We care deeply about humanity and that is reflected in the choices we make.
4) Positive: Our programs have something positive to say or have an uplifting aspect.
