The Donor Program at Hudson Village Theatre is a great way to show your support
AND receive the special benefits of belonging.
Like the vast majority of theatres across the country, ticket sales account for approximately 50% of the funds required to keep the company going. Every year we must somehow raise $150,000 through the Donor Program, Fundraising Events, Sponsorships and General Donations in order to continue the important work that we do.

Donor Program Levels:
Friend: $60 - $99 (Benefits 1-4)
Bronze: $100 - $199 (Benefits 1-6 + 1 Invite-a-Guest Invitation)
Silver: $200 - $299 (Benefits 1-7 + 2 Invite-a-Guest Invitations)
Gold: $300 – $499 (Benefits 1-8 + 3 Invite-a-Guest Invitations)
Directors Circle: $500 -$999 (Benefits 1-10 + 4 Invite-a-Guest Invitations)
Platinum: $1000 -$4999 (Benefits 1-11 + 4 Invite-a-Guest Invitations)
Diamond: $5000 and more (Benefits 1-12 + 4 Invite-a-Guest Invitations)

Order by Phone: Call the HVT Box Office at 450-458-5361. The Donor Card will be mailed to you promptly.
By email: email a request to: hvtbox@videotron.ca – put Donor in the subject line please.
Note: Include your name and telephone number and we’ll get back to you to take your order.
By mail: Fill in the panel order form on the DONOR PROGRAM brochure and mail it in.
Payments: Master Card – Visa – Cheques (payable to Hudson Village Theatre)
Note: Donors are entitled to share their privileges with partners.
Partners are welcome to accompany donors to special events.
Donor beneftis are valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase and are considered personal and non-transferable.
***Invite a Guest Vouchers: Represent free admittance for one (1) guest. Guest must be accompanied by a donor. Vouchers can be used for any HVT production playing within the dates indicated on the voucher.
** A limited number of Preferential Seats will be held for each show - based upon availability
